Our Assessment Process
BioBaseLine®Assessment is a registered trademark and proprietary term used by the Assertive Wellness Center to collectively refer to all aspects of the assessment that you will complete during your consultation(s) with a Naturopath in our office. Your initial consultation will involve the collection of fully-confidential oral and written information that you will supply regarding your health history and current health status, symptoms & concerns, combined with certain bio-electrical information that we will non-invasively collect. The process is completely comfortable and you will be free to ask questions at any time.
The purpose of the assessment is to furnish as much information to the Naturopath as possible that they will use with the goal of establishing a relative “baseline” profile of your current health status that can then be contrasted with future subjective and objective findings and serve as added confirmation that your health goals are being successfully pursued and achieved.
We have found the BioBaseLine® Assessment to be a highly effective starting place because of its ability to provide a multitude of valuable non-invasive clues to help us get to underlying causes of the symptoms and health concerns of our clients in order to achieve positive results for them within the shortest timeframe.

It is essential to understand that the BioBaseLine®Assessment is in no regard represented by us, or accepted by the allopathic medical community or insurance companies, as providing either a medical diagnosis or a treatment or cure for any medical condition or disease, and it is also not intended to be a substitute for regular medical care. The process is solely intended to supply extensive and valuable information that the Naturopath will take into consideration when designing a fully customized program that may involve supplementation and modifications in diet and lifestyle with the goal of helping you achieve your health and wellness maintenance goals.
